Offering satisfactory investment full service, the company assures repeating and regular clients as well as customers loyalty from purchasing phase, through ROI management phase, up to resale phase and reinvestment of the capital.

Goals

The group has successfully grown very rapidly in the pre-pandemic era, opening 6 offices in Phuket and covering strategic direct marketing locations in the south, center and north of Phuket, as well as significantly increasing the number of direct customers. During the pandemic, the group reduced the number of offices to 2 and continued to operate throughout the pandemic, and developed a strong online marketing strategy that redirects investments in online campaigns, maintaining a regular flow of leads and sales during this difficult time, while continuing to expand the company’s client portfolio and yet planning new successful projects. The company is expanding the activities of the Sole Agency and Project developments division, closing partnerships with major developers in Phuket and launching new successful projects right away. In 2023, a new construction project under the Unique Villa Naiharn brand was launched consisting of 5 villas and was completely sold out within 2 months, now the construction of this project is in full swing. Also at the beginning of July, a new construction project was launched under the brand Unique Villa Kata. Also, Unique Group Thailand in the autumn announces a new construction project under the brand name Unique Eco Viva, this project will be built using Eco systems.
